1. Who we are
This website is operated by WebOptiFuse LLP ("we", "us", "our"), an Indian limited liability partnership. Ur Business Finance is a brand of WebOptiFuse LLP.
By using this website or submitting an enquiry through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. What this service is, and is not
Ur Business Finance is a referral and matching service. We are not a lender, a credit provider or a finance broker, and we do not provide credit assistance, financial product advice, tax advice or legal advice. What we do is collect a small amount of information about you and your business and introduce you to an independent business finance specialist who can compare lenders on your behalf.
Any credit assistance is provided by the specialist, and any credit is provided by the lender, each under their own licence, their own terms and their own assessment. We are not a party to any credit contract you enter into, and we do not arrange, approve, price or guarantee finance.
Completing the match check is not a loan application. Nothing is lodged with a lender unless you later decide to proceed with the specialist.
3. Who can use it
- You must be 18 or over.
- You must be enquiring about finance to be used wholly or predominantly for business purposes. We do not arrange personal loans, car loans for private use or home loans, and we will not pass on an enquiry that is for personal, domestic or household purposes.
- You must be the business owner, a director, or otherwise authorised to enquire on the business's behalf.
- Most lenders require an active ABN or ACN. You can still enquire without one, but the options available to you may be limited.
4. Your enquiry and the introduction
When you submit the match check, we pass the information you gave us to one or more independent business finance specialists so that they can contact you. That disclosure is the purpose of this service, and you consent to it when you tick the consent box and submit the form.
We do not guarantee that an introduction will be made, that any particular specialist or lender will contact you, that finance will be offered, or that it will be offered on any particular terms. Submitting the form does not create any obligation on you to proceed, and you may withdraw at any time.
We choose which specialist to introduce you to based on the answers you give. We do not compare every specialist or every lender in the market, and the introduction is not a recommendation that the specialist or any lender is the best option for you.
5. Confirming your mobile number
We send a one-time code by SMS to confirm the number you gave us is correct and belongs to you, so that nobody is called on a mistyped number. Standard message rates from your carrier may apply. You must not submit a number that is not yours or that you are not authorised to use.
6. How we are paid
Our service is free to you. We may receive a referral fee from the specialist or lender when an introduction is made, or when finance is arranged as a result of that introduction. This does not change what you pay, and it does not increase the cost of any finance you take up.
7. No advice, and no guarantee
Information on this site is general in nature. It does not take account of your objectives, financial situation or needs, and it is not credit, financial, tax or legal advice. You should obtain your own independent advice before entering into any finance arrangement.
We do not publish interest rates, fees, repayment figures, approval times or approval rates, and nothing on this site is an offer of finance or a quote. Whether finance is available, and on what terms, is decided solely by the lender based on its own assessment of your business.
The situations described on this site are illustrative examples of typical enquiries. They are not client testimonials, and they are not a prediction of what will happen in your case. Photography on this site is stock imagery and does not show clients or their premises.
We do not access your credit file and we do not carry out credit checks. Using this site does not affect your credit score. Any credit check happens later, with a lender, and only with your permission.
8. Information you give us
You agree that the information you give us is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge, and that you will not use this site to submit false, misleading or fraudulent information, to submit another person's details without their authority, or to interfere with the site's operation or security.
Do not send us bank statements, financial statements, tax file numbers, identity documents or login credentials through this website. If the specialist needs information of that kind, they will collect it from you directly under their own obligations.
We may decline or remove any enquiry, and may restrict access to the site, where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.
9. Specialists, lenders and other sites
The specialists we introduce you to are independent businesses. They are not our employees, agents or partners, and we do not control how they operate, what they recommend or how they handle your information once it reaches them. Your dealings with a specialist or a lender are between you and them, on their terms.
This site links to other websites, including government sites such as the Australian Business Register and moneysmart.gov.au. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.
10. Our content
The Ur Business Finance name, logo, text, design and images on this site are owned by us or used under licence. You may read and print pages for your own use in considering an enquiry. You may not copy, republish, adapt or use them commercially without our written permission.
11. Availability of the site
We aim to keep the site available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may change, suspend or withdraw the site or any part of it at any time without notice.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site, from any introduction made through it, or from your dealings with any specialist or lender, including indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded, and where we are permitted to limit our liability, our liability is limited to resupplying the service or paying the cost of having it resupplied.
13. Privacy
How we collect, use, share and protect your information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. It explains that your information is passed to a third-party specialist, and that we operate from India.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applying in Australia, and you and we submit to the jurisdiction of the Australian courts. This does not affect any right you have to bring a claim, or to rely on a consumer protection, under the law of the place where you live.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies, and the date it took effect is shown at the top.
