The bank is not your only option
Most business owners approach one lender, usually their own bank, and treat the answer as final. It is not. Different lenders assess the same business completely differently, and knowing which ones to approach is most of the work.
What we do
Ur Business Finance is a matching service. You answer a short set of questions about your business and what you are trying to fund, and we connect you with an independent business finance specialist suited to that situation. The specialist compares lenders on your behalf and explains the options.
That is the whole service. We are the introduction, not the transaction.
What we are not
We are not a lender, a credit provider or a finance broker, and we do not provide credit assistance, financial product advice or legal advice. We do not approve finance, price it, or decide whether you get it. Those decisions belong to the lender, on its own assessment.
We say this on every page on purpose. In a category where plenty of operators blur the line, knowing exactly who you are dealing with is worth more than a promise.
How we are paid
Our service is free to business owners. We may receive a referral fee from the specialist or lender when an introduction is made, or when finance is arranged as a result of it. That fee does not change what you pay and does not increase the cost of any finance you take up.
We would rather state that plainly here than leave it in the fine print. You should know how anyone in this chain makes money before you speak to them.
What we will not do
- Quote you a rate or a repayment. Only a lender can do that
- Tell you that you are approved, or pre-approved, for anything
- Run a credit check, or touch your credit file in any way
- Arrange personal loans, car loans for private use, or home loans
- Publish invented testimonials, case studies or lender panels
- Pass your details to anyone without your consent
Business purpose only
We only match finance used wholly or predominantly for business purposes. If your enquiry is for personal, domestic or household purposes, we will tell you at the start rather than passing it on.

Who we are
Ur Business Finance is a brand of WebOptiFuse LLP, an Indian limited liability partnership, and we operate from India. The business finance specialists we introduce you to operate in Australia under Australian law and their own licence or authorisation.
Because we operate overseas, the information you give us is handled outside Australia. Our Privacy Policy sets out exactly what that means, who your details go to, and how to access, correct or withdraw them.
A note on what you read elsewhere. If a business finance site quotes you a rate before understanding your situation, promises approval, or shows testimonials it cannot evidence, treat all three as warnings. Whether finance is available, and on what terms, is decided by a lender after it assesses your business, and nobody can honestly tell you otherwise beforehand.
