Privacy requests and opting out
You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Email us, or reply STOP to any SMS, or use the unsubscribe link in any email.
Our Privacy Policy sets out how we handle these requests, how long we keep information, and how to make a complaint if you are not satisfied with our response.
If you have already been introduced to a specialist
Once your details reach a specialist, they hold them under their own privacy policy as a separate business. If your request concerns information they hold, or their conduct, raise it with them directly as well as with us.
Licensed credit businesses in Australia are required to be members of the Australian Financial Complaints Authority. We are not a credit licensee, so AFCA membership does not apply to us, but it does apply to the licensed specialists and lenders you may deal with.
What we cannot help with
We cannot tell you whether you will be approved, quote a rate or a repayment, or give you financial, credit, tax or legal advice. We are a matching service, not a lender or a broker, and those answers come from a lender or a licensed professional.
